Chiara Balachandran
Chiara leads 8020’s digital marketing team and is an expert in online reputation management, social and search strategies, and generative AI optimisation.
She heads PR accounts across aviation MRO, aircraft manufacturing, aircraft interiors, aviation technology and flight disruption. In 2025, Chiara was selected for a premier industry mentorship programme for future women leaders in PR.
With a degree in consumer behaviour and marketing, Chiara specialises in audience insights. She is a finalist for the 2025 PRCA Young Communicator of the Year award and was previously runner-up in the CIPR Outstanding Young Communicator of the Year award.
