Given our expanding client roster, we need to grow our team. We are on the look-out for a talented Account Director to join 80:20 – details are as follows:

We are looking for an experienced Account Director to take charge of a range of predominantly B2B client accounts. As we are a growing firm, the role is hands-on and requires someone who relishes the full range of PR tasks, from designing programmes and managing client relationships to writing press releases and liaising with journalists. You will also play an important role in our new business activities, working with the team to identify opportunities, write pitch documents and take part in meetings and presentations.

The successful candidate will have at least six years’ experience in a PR agency, including extensive B2B work. You must be an extremely strong writer, able to draft and edit copy to professional standards. You will have an interest and awareness of social media as a corporate communications tool. You will have an outgoing, confident manner and the ability to earn the trust of clients and journalists. Ideally, you will have worked in one of our main industry areas, but this is not essential. You will have an enquiring, creative mind and take pride in doing a job well.
