promoting FiscalReps’ partnership

We’ve been helping client FiscalReps announce an important new strategic partnership. FiscalReps helps companies in the insurance sector comply with Insurance Premium Tax and other parafiscal taxes. Its new partnership is with one of the biggest names in insurance market information, Axco. Together, the companies are developing a new suite of online tools to radically simply global tax compliance for all insurance professionals.

The first trick, however, was to work out how to explain the news to customers. We began with a messaging workshop to agree the main points about the new relationship.  These then became the basis for all other materials, including the press release, internal Q&A document and customer communications.

With the groundwork complete we issued the news and hit the phones. This not only ensured the right journalists were aware, but also gave us a chance to answer their questions.

There’s nothing to beat the buzz of some great coverage. So far we’ve seen nice items in Post, Insurance Age and US heavyweight Business Insurance, as well as a host of online news sources. There’s more in the pipeline, but at this stage the word is already on the street.
