CaptiveRISK is a new quarterly journal from the editors of StrategicRISK magazine, designed for captive owners/managers in Europe. The first issue will be launched in June. Nathan Skinner, currently associate editor of StrategicRISK, will be editor of the new publication. Press releases and news covering captive insurance companies, the broader ILS market and captive domiciles are welcome.

David Blackman, who was previously deputy editor at Local Government Chronicle, starts today as assistant editor at Insurance Times.

David Sandham has resigned from his position of editor at Global Reinsurance, and editor-in-chief Tom Broughton will be taking on David’s responsibility in the short term.
