Property client The Ability Group is building up a head of steam on its hotel portfolio openings. This week we worked with operator Hilton to announce Ability’s plans for a Hilton Garden Inn in Luton (pictured). This came hard on the heels of the jamboree that marked the opening of the Doubletree by Hilton Dunblane Hydro.
London, 23 October 2009 – The Ability Group (‘Ability’), the diversified private property company led by Andreas Panayiotou, is developing a 250-bedroom hotel on a prime site next to London Luton Airport. The hotel is to be operated by Hilton Worldwide as a Hilton Garden Inn.
London, England, 2 December 2008 – The Ability Group (‘Ability’), the diversified private property company founded and led by Andreas Panayiotou, has acquired a site in the heart of historic, Grade I listed Syon Park in West London to develop a 151-bedroom, 13,000m2 hotel, which is to be operated by Hilton. Development has recently commenced and it is expected that the property, which will offer an exceptional blend of parkland tranquillity and easy access to the capital, will welcome its first guests before Christmas 2009.
